THE Kristo Nsraafo group was establish at Akropong in 1933 to enrich church fellowship through their singing and Witnessing. The founder of the group was Mr. Asante Yeboah, a man from Mamfe who was at that time teaching at at the Akropong Presbyterian Primary School. The group started with twenty-two people, eighteen women and four men but it has grown considerably. This group contribution to worship through their music.

The Etipenso Association was founded at Akropong in 1951 by Madam Oye Owusuansah with seventeen people. The members of the association have tried to draw others to the fellowship of the church through unity, humility and Christian character. The group has contributed spiritually and financially to the church.
